The Centre Cut formed when best friends Mike O'Connor and Matthew Smyth saw a gap in the market of the Irish drinks scene for a relaxed informal approach to podcasting and live events. Our weekly podcast and monthly get togethers focus on giving people a route into our beloved Irish whiskey and the wider Irish drinks and hospitality scene by focusing on having a laugh and staying a million miles away from any notion of taking ourselves too seriously.
