Leah Hewson's Kin Connection II

Kin Connection II is an installation that highlights the significance of connection and support. Where one entity cannot stand alone, multiple entities together create a larger outcome and manifest greater potential.
Singular flat plain components interlock together to create abstract modular structures that intersect active space and echo something like DNA. The abstract aesthetics synonymous with Hewson’s print and painting practice invite the visitor to escape and explore in a playful manner while observing the network of shapes that bolster and engage with each other.
